Break the Anxiety Chain! Anxiety is really just a word used to describe an entire host of possible symptoms. Tune in as Dr. Lindsay and her guests share remarkable remedies, tools and techniques to gain and keep a life of calm and clarity.

Dr. Lindsay is a counselor, educator, doctor, intuitive healer and certified nutrition coach.

She has worked with survivors of domestic violence, in crisis units and hospitals, in the homes of the sick and the poor, in corrections facilities and in private practice. Her experience in the field has allowed her to develop an understanding of the link between body and mind. Dr. Lindsay now works with women in improving their mental, physical, and spiritual health - with a special focus on the condition of anxiety.
