A New Force Places Los Angeles in A Positive Light

Manhattan Beach, CA, February 10, 2003...Along with famous Hollywood stars and visionary thinkers, CHSR HealthyLife.Net-The Positive Radio Network joined forces today with the Los Angeles Conscious Living Expo. Its purpose is to show the citizens of LA how to overcome the daily bombardment of negativity in their lives and live consciously.

Linda Mackenzie, founder of the new LA-based all-positive radio station and affectionately known as "Positive Energy in Action", has donated daily radio time to interview the Expo speakers prior to the event being held at the Los Angeles Hilton on February 14-16, 2003.

"With so much negativity around us at this time, in every area of our lives, I think it's important for people to see more clearly the positive aspects of life in this city," states Mackenzie. "This conference gives people tools to wake up to the good around, and in, their daily lives. It's about a shift in consciousness, one person at a time. The resulting momentum will create a "trickle-up" effect to help Los Angeles, and perhaps the world, become a better place to live."

Interviews with Sally Kirkland, Marianne Williamson, Byron Katie and other Hollywood celebrities and noted guest speakers starting on February 10th at 9:00-10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. CHSR Positive Radio Network can be found on the Internet at

Internet Radio is the voice of communication for the 21st century. According to Arbitron as of January 1, 2002, 40 million Americans regularly listen or watch Internet media. Furthermore, according to Measurecast's Internet Radio Listening Index shows the total time spent listening has increased 88% since January 2001. Neilsen NetRating's also state that there are now 391,094,644 current Internet users worldwide.

CHSR HealthyLife.Net's all-positive programming network launched October 1, 2002. It attracts thousands of daily listeners in over 12 countries and soon will have access to 400 million palm pilots worldwide.

"Our audience is growing rapidly," says Mackenzie. "The amazing thing is that this has occurred by word-of-mouth, without traditional marketing. The Conscious Living Expo gives us an opportunity to stream even more positive programming to help people have happier, healthier lives. That's what both companies are really all about."
